Leadership of the Parliament
Chairman and his deputies, the 1rst and 2nd Deputy Chaimen, are elected after the legal constitution of the Legislative. According to the Parliament's Rules of Procedure, the Chairman of the forum is elected for the entire duration of the term of office by a secret ballot of the majority of the elected MPs at the proposal of the parliamentary factions. Deputy Chairmen are elected by an open ballot of the majority of the elected MPs at the proposal of the Chairman of the Parliament after the consultations with the parliamentary factions.
